Secret Feeling: Poem
Mirror mirror on the wall,
I cannot look at you at all, I do not feel confident, nor free, only an ugly, distorted image I shall see. Some may compliment my life, while others laugh as their words stab like a knife. Idiot, stupid, loner they would say, never allowed to laugh nor play. I am done with all of this, all I send is my last final wish. That those who treat me with disgust, In you I give a lack of trust. Mirror mirror on the wall, you cannot see me anymore. As I turn around to shut the door, That will never open again. - Clark Webster |
